Terms of Engagement (Seva Niyam)

Welcome to LOKSETU RAKHSHAK FOUNDATION. Our mission is to provide selfless legal aid (Seva) to victims of financial adharma. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the following terms, which are rooted in the principles of truth, integrity, and mutual respect (Dharma).

1. Purpose of Engagement (Uddeshya)

The purpose of your engagement with LOKSETU RAKHSHAK FOUNDATION is to seek assistance and representation for the recovery of funds lost due to unregulated deposit schemes or other financial frauds, primarily under the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes (BUDS) Act.

2. Acceptance of Terms (Swikriti)

By submitting your grievance, providing information, or receiving counsel from our team, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Engagement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

3. Our Seva Model (₹1 Dakshina)

LOKSETU RAKHSHAK FOUNDATION operates on a pure Seva model. Our services are provided completely free of any upfront charges or fees. In alignment with ancient traditions, we humbly request a symbolic token of gratitude, a "₹1 Success Dakshina," only upon the successful recovery and restoration of your rightful funds. This voluntary offering helps us sustain our mission to serve others selflessly.

4. Client Responsibilities (Graahak Kartavya)

As a beneficiary of our Seva, you are expected to:

1. Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information regarding your grievance and any supporting evidence.
2. Cooperate fully with our legal experts and support team, including providing documents and participating in necessary proceedings as requested.
3. Inform us promptly of any changes in your situation or new information relevant to your case.
4. Maintain respectful and dharmic conduct in all communications and interactions with our team and related parties.

5. Limitation of Liability (Daayitv Seema)

While we commit our utmost dedication to your cause, LOKSETU RAKHSHAK FOUNDATION, its members, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any legal proceeding, as such outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property (Bauddhik Sampada)

All content, designs, logos, and materials on this website and provided by LOKSETU RAKHSHAK FOUNDATION are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty (Vaayda Khanḍan)

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Niyam Aur Adhikaar Kshetra)

These Terms of Engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

9. Amendments to Terms (Niyam Sanshodhan)

LOKSETU RAKHSHAK FOUNDATION reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Engagement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued engagement with our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
